Unknowingly we all take short and shallow breaths and breathing correctly is very important for healthy body. Follow these simple steps to do deep breathing.
- Find a comfortable place to do deep and focused breathing. It can be your bed, living room floor or a comfortable chair.
- After sitting in a comfortable position, put your one hand on your belly.
- Slowly breath in through your nose and while breathing your belly and chest should rise higher.
- While inhaling fill your lungs with air and hold it for count of 5.
- Then slowly breath out through your mouth and while breathing out your belly and chest should get lower.
- Repeat the same process as many times as you can.
