Today I want to share my own experience as why chewing food is extremely important. It is the easiest way to reduce your food intake by 25-30% and loose those extra pounds. Dieting was very difficult option for me, because I feel it is important to satisfy both physical hunger and mental hunger. Due to our hectic schedule and childhood habit of finishing the meal early and on time, we have the tendency of eating food very fast. So when I first came to know about this concept I thought that I should give it a try. Initially I felt irritated but it really worked for me.
