Chew your food 30-40 times

Today I want to share my own experience as why chewing food is extremely important. It is the easiest way to reduce your food intake by 25-30% and loose those extra pounds. Dieting was very difficult option for me, because I feel it is important to satisfy both physical hunger and mental hunger. Due to our hectic schedule and childhood habit of finishing the meal early and on time, we have the tendency of eating food very fast. So when I first came to know about this concept I thought that I should give it a try. Initially I felt irritated but it really worked for me. I have reduced my food intake without sacrificing my mental hunger. However if we eat slowly we can enjoy the taste of food and we will be conscious of what we are eating. Human body has 70-80% of water, it still needs lot of water to stay fit. So the best thing which we should do right after we wake up in the morning is to drink water, at least 4-5 glasses of water.It is the best way to purify our internal system.
